ВЛИЯНИЕ КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ МЕТОДИКИ УПРАЖНЕНИЙ С ОТЯГОЩЕНИЯМИ НА ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ БОЛИ ПО ОПРОСНИКУ SF-36
Аннотация
Цель: разработка комплексной методики применения физических упражнений с отягощениями у лиц молодого возраста с кифолордотической осанкой. Материалы и методы. Исследование проводилось на двух группах мужчин с низким уровнем двигательной активности и нарушением осанки (кифолордотический тип). В исследовании принимали участие мужчины, средний возраст которых составил 27,7 ± 3,4 года (основная группа – 37 человек). Средний возраст контрольной группы составил 27,9 ± 3,0 года (35 человек). Основная группа занималась по методике, включающей тренировку с отягощениями, а контрольная группа занималась пилатесом по методике Ким Эмери. Результаты. Оптимальная продолжительность занятий для коррекции кифолордотической осанки составляет 16 недель и выполняется в 2 этапа: адаптационный и коррекционно-развивающий, нагрузкой 50–60 % от повторного максимума, количеством повторений 12–14. В основной группе был установлен более выраженный индекс боли (28,6 ед.). Для контрольной группы данный показатель составил 18,6 ед. Заключение. Кифолордотическая осанка часто сопутствует малоподвижному образу жизни и является функциональным нарушением опорно-двигательного аппарата. Полученные данные показывают статистически достоверные различия эффективности разработанной методики, по сравнению со стретчингом в сочетании с упражнениями по методике «Пилатес» и Ким Эмери.
