ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ, ФИЗИЧЕСКОЕ И МОТОРНОЕ РАЗВИТИЕ МАЛЬЧИКОВ 6–7 И 11–12 ЛЕТ С РАЗНОЙ ДВИГАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПОДГОТОВЛЕННОСТЬЮ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИНТЕНСИВНОГО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ
Аннотация
Цель: выявить особенности функционального, физического и моторного развития мальчиков 6–7 и 11–12 лет с разной двигательной подготовленностью в условиях интенсивного использования цифровых технологий. Материалы и методы. Анализировали комплекс показателей морфофункционального состояния организма, мышечной работоспособности и двигательной подготовленности. Особенности применения цифровых технологий в режиме дня выявляли посредством опроса и хронометража. Для оценки сна заполняли специальный дневник. Общую продолжительность использования цифровых технологий определяли по величине «экранного времени». Уровень цифровизации изучали на основе модифицированного индекса информатизации (Imod). Результаты. Установлено, что мальчики с высоким уровнем развития двигательных способностей в условиях интенсивного использования цифровых технологий в режиме дня характеризуются более сбалансированным функциональным, физическим и моторным развитием по сравнению со сверстниками с недостаточной двигательной подготовленностью. Выявлена специфика морфофункционального развития детей, отличающихся на фоне чрезмерно интенсивного применения цифровых технологий высоким уровнем проявления общей и силовой выносливости, скоростных и скоростно-силовых способностей. Заключение. Можно полагать, что в условиях интенсивной цифровизации направленное развитие кондиционных двигательных способностей в процессе физического воспитания будет способствовать поддержанию оптимального функционального состояния организма и физической работоспособности, повышению устойчивости детей рассматриваемых возрастных групп к информационным перегрузкам.
