ВЕСТИБУЛЯРНО-ВЕГЕТАТИВНАЯ АДАПТАЦИЯ КУРСАНТОВ В ДЛИТЕЛЬНОМ МОРСКОМ ПОХОДЕ И ФИЗИЧЕСКАЯ КОРРЕКЦИЯ
Аннотация
Цель: оценить факторы вестибулярно-вегетативной нагрузки в условиях длительного морского похода у курсантов военно-морского учебного заведения и обосновать комплекс физической коррекции для профилактики укачивания, постуральной неустойчивости и снижения работоспособности. Материалы и методы. Проведено полевое наблюдательное исследование в реальных условиях учебного похода надводного корабля. Анализировались данные судового журнала погоды за 51 сутки похода (волнение моря, скорость ветра, атмосферное давление, температура в помещениях), результаты оценки трудового стресса и состояний сниженной работоспособности
у 188 курсантов, а также результаты двух этапов анкетирования по методике В.В. Бойко: 99 курсантов в 2024 г. и 111 курсантов в 2025 г. Результаты. Средняя выраженность волнения моря составила 1,55 ± 0,73 балла, при этом в течение 5 суток регистрировалось волнение 3–4 балла; скорость ветра составила 7,43 ± 3,25 м/с, диапазон колебания температуры в помещениях составлял от 12 до 32 °C. Общий вес стрессогенной нагрузки увеличился с 140,5 до 167,5 балла, что соответствует приросту 19,2 %. У большинства курсантов фазы выраженной дезадаптации не сформировались, однако у 17,1 % обследованных 2025 г. и 23,3 % обследованных 2024 г. выявлялись признаки формирования или сформированности фазы резистенции. Заключение. Длительный морской поход целесообразно рассматривать как модель сочетанной сенсорной, вестибулярной, тепловой и организационной нагрузки. Для профилактики снижения работоспособности предложен комплекс корригирующей гимнастики, включающий упражнения на стабилизацию взора, вестибулярную габитуацию, постуральный контроль, дыхательную регуляцию и общую двигательную активацию.
