ФАКТОРЫ СПОРТИВНОГО УСПЕХА В ЕДИНОБОРСТВАХ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ). ЧАСТЬ 1
Аннотация
Цель: анализ современных научных данных о факторах, влияющих на успешность спортивной деятельности (УСД) в единоборствах. Материалы и методы. Обзор публикаций проводился с использованием баз данных PubMed и Google Scholar, а также платформ eLibrary и Cyberleninka по оригинальным исследованиям, опубликованным в рецензируемых журналах с 1991 до 2023 год. Результаты. Показано, что основными факторами, влияющими на УСД во всех спортивных единоборствах, являются антропометрические (соматические), физические, технические, тактические и психологические факторы. В части 1 обзора подробно описывается вклад антропометрических и физических факторов. Заключение. Принадлежность к мезоморфному соматотипу не является необходимым условием для достижения УСД в единоборствах. Элитные спортсмены отличаются от спортсменов массовых разрядов бóльшими парциальными, поперечными и охватными размерами тела. Анаэробная сила и мощность являются критически важными факторами, влияющими на УСД, они позволяют точно дифференцировать уровень работоспособности (выносливости) независимо от возраста, пола, весовой категории и вида единоборств. Параметры физической подготовки, такие как максимальная динамическая сила, изометрическая сила, взрывная сила и силовая выносливость, в значительной степени отличают спортсменов высокого уровня от более низкого. При этом способность к длительным анаэробным нагрузкам в большей степени определяет успешность спортсменов, занимающихся смешанными видами и грэпплингом, по сравнению с ударными видами спорта. Гибкость не является ключевым фактором физической подготовки, определяющим УСД единоборств.
