ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА ЖИЗНИ МОСКОВСКИХ СПОРТСМЕНОВ В ПЕРИОД САМОИЗОЛЯЦИИ В СВЯЗИ С ПАНДЕМИЕЙ COVID-19
Аннотация
Цель исследования – проведение оценки качества жизни московских спортсменов в период самоизоляции в связи с эпидемией коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 весной 2020 года. Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 312 человек возрасте от 14 до 36 лет (средний возраст – 19,5). Среди них 185 спортсменов и 127 спортсменок. Участники прошли опрос в форме полуструктурированного интервью и заполнили бланки психодиагностической методики «Шкала оценки качества жизни» Н.Е. Водопьяновой. Результаты. Выяснилось, что московские спортсмены оказались в неравных условиях относительно друг друга в плане возможности проведения тренировок в период самоизоляции. Выявлена положительная связь между субъективным благополучием московских спортсменов и степенью продуктивности времени, проведённого ими в самоизоляции, а также наличием или отсутствием изменений в графике их тренировок. Заключение. Субъективное благополучие московских спортсменов в период самоизоляции в связи с эпидемией коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 весной 2020 года опосредовано степенью продуктивности проведённого ими времени и характером изменений в их тренировочном графике.
