DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MAIN EDITOR AND MEMBERS OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD

Editor and members of the editorial board of the Human.Sport.Medicine journal are aware of the professional and scientific responsibility associated with the dissemination of reliable research.

The editorial board is responsible for everything that is published in the Human.Sport.Medicine journal. They provide quality assurance mechanisms (plagiarism detection), archiving and wide distribution of published materials;

The editorial board's decision to accept or reject an article for publication should be based on the importance, originality and clarity of the article, as well as the credibility of the research and its relevance to the journal;

In case of plagiarism detection or other illegal actions, the main editor is obliged to publish a refutation with a link to an identical work, as well as an apology to the authors of this work and readers.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF REVIEWERS

Reviewing should be objective: the reviewer should not have a conflict of interest with the authors. If there is a conflict of interest, the reviewer is obliged to inform the main editor and refuse to review.

When reviewing texts, reviewers respect the confidentiality of the process and do not discuss it with others. They should not use the information they receive to their advantage.

The reviewer assumes that his comments should help the authors improve their work. Comments on the article should be specific, understandable to the authors and contain a conclusion about the possibility of publishing the article in its original form or after revision, or a recommendation from the editorial board to reject the article.

If the reviewer finds any signs of dishonesty in the article (inaccuracy or falsification of data, plagiarism), he is obliged to notify the main editor.
