MANAGEMENT OF SPORTS AND PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION: A SOCIO-CULTURAL FOCUS
Abstract
Aim. To conduct a methodological analysis of the theoretical foundations of the management of sports and pedagogical education, to substantiate the socio-cultural concept of pedagogical management, and to provide recommendations for its use at the university. Materials and methods. This study was based on the theory and methodology of sports and pedagogical management by S. Neverkovich. A socio-cultural concept of the management of sports and pedagogical education was formulated, and a training model for sports and pedagogical managers was created for physical education and sports at the national level. The study involved a set of methods, including empirical (observation, introspection), organizational (comparative analysis, systemic analysis, longitudinal analysis), and psychological (interview, conversation, testing) ones, along with experimental methods. Results. The results obtained prove the effectiveness of the authors’ concept of the management of sports and pedagogical education for teaching for success. Conclusion. A set of pedagogical conditions for the effective management of sports and pedagogical education was provided, along with a description of the verification of the concept under study and an assessment of its effectiveness in the educational process at the university.
