АНАЛИЗ ПСИХОЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СОСТОЯНИЯ РАБОТНИКОВ ГОСТИНИЧНОЙ ИНДУСТРИИ В КОНТЕКСТЕ СТРЕССОУСТОЙЧИВОСТИ
Abstract
Aim. The paper aims to validate empirically the psychoemotional status of hotel employees in terms of their stress resistance. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in February –April 2020 using the Google Forms service. Our survey was based on a D. Ricks and A. Wessman method for assessing psychoemotional status and the Well-being. Activity. Mood. (WAM) system for measuring stress-resistance. The study involved 40 hotel employees from Chelyabinsk aged 20–45 years. Results. The results obtained justify the hypothesis on the leading role of psychoemotional status as the main condition and driving factor of stress resistance. Conclusion. Approximately 70% of hotel employees show stress-resistance, decision-making skills, the ability to overcome difficulties and regulate relationships both in team and with hotel guests despite low life activity, low job satisfaction, mood changes and changing social and economic environment.
