INTEGRAL TRAINING OF REGIONAL COMBAT SPORT ATHLETES (SAKHA-YAKUTIA)

Abstract

Aim. The paper aims to improve athletic performance through the use of integral training among combat sport athletes of Sakha-Yakutia. Materials and methods. The following methods were used for the purpose of the study: control and analysis of general and special physical fitness levels; control and analysis of technical and tactical skills during competitions; assessment of functional fitness and psycholo­gical status; development of recommendations. Results. Integral training allowed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of athletes and timely correct their training program. Conclusion. The use of integral training improved the athletic performance of regional teams in different competitions.
