ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODICAL PROBLEMS OF WORK CAPACITY EXAMINATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

Abstract
Aim. To analyze the changes in regulatory support for work capacity examination in the Republic of Bulgaria after 1989. Results. Topical issues concerning organizational and methodical aspects of management system in the area of work capacity examination are covered. Active and delegated legislation is analyzed. The paper evaluates the practice of organization and methodical support of this kind of examination and justifies the need for development of certain legal framework that would provide for implementation of work capacity examination. Conclusion. The analysis of laws and regulations proves that it is necessary to form a legal basis for the activity under investigation.References
