ОБОСНОВАНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ КРОССФИТ-ТРЕНИРОВОК В ДЗЮДО
Аннотация
Цель исследования: обоснование эффективности использования кроссфит-тренировок для повышения уровня специальной физической пригодности борцов дзюдо. Материалы и методы. Молодые (18–20 лет) мужчины (n = 23), практикующие дзюдо не менее 6 лет, использовали кроссфит-тренировки в течение 12 недель. Уровень физической пригодности атлетов оценивали с помощью: SJFT, концентрации лактата в крови, тестовой нагрузки
(60 Ippon-seoi-Nage). Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов с данными последних научных исследований отечественных и зарубежных ученых. Результаты. Выявлены значимые (p < 0,05) различия в результатах специальных тестов дзюдоистов после 12 недель использования кроссфит-тренировок. Обнаружено достоверное снижение времени восстановления атлетов после выполнения тестовой нагрузки. Содержание лактата в крови атлетов значимо (p < 0,05) увеличилось. Заключение. Результаты исследования указывают на эффективность использования регулярных кроссфит-тренировок в тренировочном процессе дзюдоистов. Положительная динамика результатов специальных тестов указывает на увеличение уровня специальной физической пригодности атлетов.
