Abstract

Aim. This study aims to critically examine the antidoping regulations within the BRICS countries and propose a unified model for antidoping policy within the BRICS union. Materials and methods. Utilizing a comparative legal methodology, the research delves into the existing antidoping laws and policies of the BRICS countries, alongside relevant literature on the subject. Results. The findings reveal distinct features of antidoping regulations across the BRICS countries, culminating in the formulation of a proposed model for BRICS antidoping policy. Conclusion.
