Abstract
Aim. This study aims to critically examine the antidoping regulations within the BRICS countries and propose a unified model for antidoping policy within the BRICS union. Materials and methods. Utilizing a comparative legal methodology, the research delves into the existing antidoping laws and policies of the BRICS countries, alongside relevant literature on the subject. Results.
