Abstract

Aim. To assess the effectiveness of a physical education program for university students with health conditions. Materials and methods. The study involved two groups of university students aged 18–22 (n = 32). A comprehensive analysis of health conditions among students was performed based on their medical certificates. The study parameters included physical development, functional status, blood pressure (BP), vital index, and the physical fitness test. Results. The results obtained showed positive changes in health conditions, physical fitness, and general performance. A significant improvement in general endurance was observed in group A. Conclusion. Pedagogical conditions were created to provide a differentiated approach to physical education for students with various health conditions, ensuring directed and timely pedagogical influence. The use of a comprehensive program of practical lessons was found to be more effective in providing physical education for students with health conditions.
