Materials and methods. Students of the Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education participated in the study. The subject of the research is the complex interrelations between physical development, sexual development and sports activity. The experimental data were obtained and processed using the generally accepted methods of anthropometry and anthroposcopy, as well as the authors’ methods that include questionnaires and software developed on the basis of chaos theory and modern interpretation of the probabilistic approach. Results. A systematic analysis of the complex interrelations between physical development, sexual development and sports performance has been carried out. A phenomenological model has been developed, which, if used properly by medical workers, teachers and experts in theory and methods of physical education and sports, can contribute to the solution of the most important tasks of the Demography national project. The results obtained can become the basis for the development of new methods in the formation of health, healthy lifestyle, strong family, and safe conditions for the development of the Russian society.
